Second Week

A very interesting experience at the beginning of the meeting was realizing what had been forgotten or misunderstood from last week's class. We had agreed that she would call her brother in law to try and figure out her Apple ID password, which she completely forgot to do. She also wanted to find pictures of the wedding on facebook, but we had already clarified they were not up on Facebook and she would need to email her neice for the pictures.

However, once we got started we began making progress again. A couple quick fixes, regarding the wifi and the sound (which had been accidentally muted) were just a couple of the things we addressed. We also set up email on her kindle tablet. She had never had an email account before so we had to create one. It was so cool to see how being included in the world of technology made her feel. Obviously there can be frustrating moments, but today there were some very positive moments.
